July 26, 2023 | HEALTH & SAFETY | The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas. Tomorrow through Saturday, heat index levels are projected to rise above 105 degrees. Factoring in the humidity, it’s expected to feel like 100 degrees and close to 110 on Thursday and Friday. In addition, smoke from the Canadian wildfires will degrade air quality levels in the region.
