Sean Cedenio

   Sean worked in various industries prior to working at Merchants Terminal Corp. as a forklift operator in 1991, where he was elected as a shop steward. In 1996 he worked on a 570 voter registration drive and has been employed by the Local Union since, first as an organizer, then as a Trustee, and in 2000 he was elected Recording Secretary/Business Agent. In 2005 he became Secretary-Treasurer/Principle Officer. Sean is Local 570’s Health & Welfare Fund Labor Trustee (2002), Chairman (2005-present); Local 570’s Pension Fund Labor Trustee (2002), Chairman (2005-present); Teamsters Joint Council 62 Recording Secretary (2000 - 2015); Teamsters Joint Council 62 Vice President (2015 - present).




President

Richard Brown

   Employed by Supermarket Distributers in 1993, Richard was elected alternate shop steward in 1996 and shop steward in 1998. In 2003, he was hired as a Local 570 organizer, then appointed as Business Agent in 2005. Richard was elected Vice President in 2008, the position he holds today. He serves as a Labor trustee to the Local 570’s Health & Welfare Fund, and is also a Pension Fund Trustee.

Neil Dixon

   Neil was Secretary Treasurer and Principle Officer of Teamsters Local 311 in Baltimore prior to the merger of Local 311 and Local 570 in June 2015. 

   A Teamster since 1972, Neil worked for Montgomery Ward from 1972 until 1999. He served as a Shop Steward for 23 years. In 1999 he became a full-time Business Agent for Local 311, and was appointed President of the Local in 2000. He became Local 311 Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer in September 2012 upon the retirement of Ken Kelm. He has been a Trustee for the Local 311 Health and Welfare and Pension Funds since 2000. Since 1999, Neil is a delegate to the Baltimore Building and Construction Trades Council. He has been a delegate to two International Conventions. He serves as a trustee on Teamsters Joint Council No. 62. Neil is a chief negotiator for National and Local contracts.




Recording Secretary

Joe Fowler

  Joe was Recording Secretary of Teamsters Local 311 in Baltimore prior to the merger of Local 311 and Local 570 in June 2015. 

  He has been employed at Johnson and Towers since 1986 and served as a shop steward since 2002. He was a Local 311 Trustee from 2006-2012. In September 2012, he was appointed Local 311 Recording Secretary upon the retirement of Secretary-Treasurer Ken Kelm. He has been a Teamster member since 1986.

Moses Jackson

   Currently employed by Aramark Uniform Services, Moe was working for Pepsi Bottling Company when he became a member of Local Union 570 in 1980. He was a shop steward during most of the ensuing years. He became a Trustee in 1993, appointed as an organizer in 2002 and became a Business Agent in 2005.

Angelo Wilson

   Employed by Cloverland Dairy, Angelo has been a Local Union 570 member since 1989, and a shop steward for many years. He was elected Trustee in 2000, and worked as a Local Union organizer from 2007-2009.

Christopher Price

   After completing six years in the United States Army, Chris worked as an order selector for B. Green & Company, then moved on to Smelkinson and United Stationers befoe joining Continental Foods in 1996.  (Continental merged with J.P. Foodservice which is today known as US Foods.)

   Chris was appointed night shift alternate steward in 2002 and elected night shift shop steward in 2004. He was appointed to the Local Executive Board in 2010.
